THE EVILS OF KEEPING FIT LET'S BE HONEST
We all have been there: browsing the net in search of a wonder diet or exercise routine that would help us stay (or more likely - make us) fit. Some of the routines / diets out available on the web seem quite reasonable, others however are pure EVIL. And this is why I started this thread. Post all the pics / videos / info containing such evil or remarkably idiotic exercise machines, work out routines or diets. I'll start with BODY FLEX:
