Does anyone actually enjoy these do's??

the last comapny I worked for had great Christmas parties...they were real casual and fun...they gave away tons of money, always had a great band or a comedian and the booze flowed freely...it's one of the few things I miss about working there...

I read this threat as Christmas Work Panties!!!! I was thinking 'what the hell are those?' I might need to update my glasses.....

As for parties, I usually go but some are a hit and a miss. One was really fun, maybe because I helped plan it. It was held at one of the ritzier hotels in Cedar Rapids. We had casino night in there. The work committee had purchased a ton of cool gifts and at the end of the night, people would bid for these wrapped gifts with the money they won from the casino.

I went to one a couple of weeks ago. I had a good time, drank lots and lots of wine..ate some food, and talked to my Kid's Daddy's co-workers. It was a good time.

ours was last Saturday and everyone had a really good time, even me (well the open bar is why I did) but anyway we've got the pictures to prove it.

same here, though we were given a lot of pressure to attend the company christmas party "OR ELSE". it wasn't awful. it was just awkward and a little boring, and of course they had it at a steakhouse so i could only eat like 20% of the food. at least it was free cocktails and it ended by 9pm, so it was somewhat merciful.

I had one last Friday. It was fantastic. Great food, free drinks, prizes and cab rides home afterwards. We had a blast!

we have a holiday formal every year, haven't been because I don't like to go alone and hubby's been gone 3 years in a row . Went this year with a co-worker who was my "date" we had a blast and I convinced the DJ (WHO SUCKED) to play the only Prince CD he had. So I heard the Hits all night and learned that everyone knows I am a Prince fan anyway it was fun, I didn't drink at all, but it still was fun.

We don't have them at my work but I've been to some nice ones at the Disneland Hotel
