Haven't all American kids already seen that one a gazillion times? I thought it was like a Christmas tradition in many homes to watch it?

"Die Hard", except you've got to bleep out a few words. "Die Hard" is my 2nd-favorite Christmas movie, behind "A Christmas Story".

Or, that Outer Limits episode where the escaped convict gets let in the house by the kids because they think he's Santa Claus. That's classic, too.

It's a Wonderful Life
The Bells of St. Mary's
Christmas in Connecticut
Holiday Affair
Miracle on 34th Street (the original with Natalie Wood, not that insipid remake)
Meet Me in St. Louis
The Bishop's Wife (the original with Cary Grant, David Niven and Loretta Young)
White Christmas

"Life of Brian" Monty Python.....although Easter would be better.
I can't tell you how many scenes I have memorized from that movie:
"...and what did the Romans ever do for us?....." wink

I forgot to list It's A Wonderful Life on the thread about movies that everyone has seen, but you haven't.

My favorite holiday films:

The Nightmare Before Christmas

Batman Returns

Eyes Wide Shut

Morvern Callar
