Ok, I'm off to put some pastrami on some crusty bread I bought and melt some cheese on there, all on the mini-grill we got as a wedding present.

For years I've been anti Chinese food. I don't really care for the sauces. And I've been thankful that I didn't care for it because it's not exactly the healthiest for you and I'm on a neverending diet. Well, almost all my friends love the shit. Whenever we go out to eat, the first suggestion is Chinese even though they know I don't like it. A couple of months ago my friend wanted to go to a Chinese place for her birthday. I couldn't exactly dictate where she goes on her birthday so I went along. I had the chicken fried rice and it was okay. Nothing to write home about but edible. Ever since that night, I've had cravings for chicken fried rice. I didn't even like it that much but I still crave it. I swear Chinese food has crack in it. That's why people eat so much of it.

We don't have anything like that here. Everytime I come home to the States I tick everybody off, because they'll want to take me to dinner at whatever the local "hot" reststaurant of the moment is, and here I come with , " ...I don't wanna go there ...I wanna go to the CHEESECAKE FACTORY !!!"

Sushi. I must have it every friday, and anytime that I want to add variety. I have figured out which Publix has the best tasting and well made sushi, and I only buy it from that particular Publix on weekdays. But there's nothing like friday's sushi. MMMMmmm, MMMMmmmm.
