I also try to avoid having pictures of my self taken.... and watching myself on video is hell! Also listening to my recorded voice! I don't know why nobody shoots me!

No, I don't have a problem with it.

I did some modelling back in the day and I also did some voiceover work too, so I was able to get over my dislike for seeing and hearing myself on camera years ago.

I'm really mixed. I ADORE photos in general. But I hate several that have me in them. There was about a 3 year period of time from about 2003 to 2006 where there wasn't one single photo I could tolerate of myself. My trip to Sydney for my brother's wedding kinda turned that around a bit.

Nope, I'm very egocentric. I love to be photographed, recorded, filmed - whatever. And I got over being shy about watching them a long time ago.

My world is about selling and how one presents oneself. We all know that we neither look nor sound to other people like we think we do. And if you're like me, you think you're a pretty attractive and engaging person.

But it wasn't until I had some presentations filmed that I learned how to stand, sit and look at someone correctly. I was making all kinds of mistakes that I would have never known about except for the videotaping.

I highly recommend you videotape yourself in sales or conversational settings. It will be painful to watch at first, but convince yourself to watch it with a eye toward constructive criticism.

Your life will be changed in great ways!

And you golfers - video tape your swing sometime if you want a BIG surprise!
