2008-What does it hold in store for you?

So what are you hopes and dreams for 2008? Have you gone about looking to obtain your goals for the new year? What are you plans?

For 2008- I will focus on MY dreams and goals. Not pushing them aside for someone else. I do know 2008 will be better. I'll be able to say I'm genuinely happy.

You can always tell One4AllEver he'd 'get it' it if they're too difficult.

True that. smile My excitement for 2008 cannot be translated to English (I think in jibberish, see).

But this one is better answered tomorrow, Fuzzmaster. kotc

hmmm

1. Improve my GPA. It took quite a dip last fall and I've been trying to increase it since then. I've just got to focus more on my school work. nod

2. Find love. I've been single for some time now and while I don't think I'm ready for a serious relationship at the moment, I hope that I'll find love in 2008 smile

3. I hope to move from where I'm currently living. I went from living on my own for a couple of years to being back at my parents' home. It sucks. I can't afford my own place at the moment, but hopefully that'll change in the near future. I would need a steady job for this to happen. School is kind of in the way right now, but hopefully it'll all work out .

4. Travel. I haven't really had the chance to travel much in my life, but I've already made some plans for 2008. I'll be traveling to Europe in the summer biggrin

oh, more of the same.

I plan to be single all year, continue on in my job that I enjoy but isn't making me enough money, keep working at the coffee shop which makes me worn out all of the time and not want to do much in the spare time I DO have, hang out on the org and watch a lot of tv on dvd.

oh, and I'm probably going somewhere warm in February and Thailand is back on the menu for November of next year.

Find love.

We both have that on the menu, but let's not forget that life should be pleasurable on yer own and you do not need a relationship to fulfil yourself.

So, I wanna change my 'find love' into 'have countless mindless shags with sexy strangers', please.

I think I can manage that, actually.

New job.
New home.
I'm gonna be able to spend a little more on myself instead of spending everything on my son.
Travel more.

knock out some debt.
travel a bit.
upgrade the wardrobe a little.
make myself write and work out more often.
nothing too earth shattering. 2007 was earth-shattering enough.

definately a new job,,.bug killin' aint for me...
I possibly will go back to the industrial work that I'm used to, maybe even the same company I left In Feburary...or something in a similar field...I thought I would enjoy the slower pace and "easiness" of my current job, but I haven't...so, it's time to go back to the things I did for 13 years before 2007...

the rest is up for grabs...

I'm excited for 2008. It's going to be a whole new life for me.

I'll be single for the first time in about 13 years. So that will be a new thing for me. I will be a single mom so although that is a little scary I'm sure I can handle it.

I hope to re-enter the workforce and focus on making myself happy as opposed to others. I'm REALLY looking forward to that. I've been depriving myself for far too long.
