I wouldn't say it "scares" me, but I really abhor getting the underside of my forearms sticky. There are times when I won't eat pancakes/waffles/french toast because it gives me the creeps to think about the possibility of getting my arms sticky with syrup, if it should drip or get on the table where I'm resting them.

In fact, when I went to look it up to post the picture, I didn't even look that closely at it for fear of it giving me the heebie jeebies all over again, because I've refused to look at it in, like, 5 years.

When I first found out about it, I didn't think it was any big deal. But the more I looked at it, the more it scared the shit out of me. Weird story: My boyfriend and I were both looking at it online, and talking about it over the phone. I was in Illinois and he was in Michigan. And at almost exactly the same time, BOTH of our back doors blew open due to freak wind gusts.

Nothing minor scares me really, unless you wanna count the typical fear of roaches & centipedes. That's a pretty normal fear, so I'm not sure if I'd count that. I know that I can not get in bed if I feel dirty, or if I've taken a shit. I always take a shower afterwards. So, the thought of being in bed knowing I was just on a toilet seat makes my skin crawl. At first, I thought, well it's because I share a bathroom.....but no, I think even if I lived alone I'd be like this. My bed is like a sanctuary , my comfort zone.
