BTW, yesterday I saw a short TV special about Gwen Stwefani and they showed a bit of that part of "The Sound Of Music" that inspired the "jodel" part in one of her songs. I couldn't believe my eyes and ears . It was so weird . With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! I don't think you can compare it to Lady Di as she seemed to have been popular for all age groups and that's not the case with Sisi. Young people (age 60 and under ) don't care about her I think. Although just this summer there was a quite popular German animated comedy movie about her. But the bus was filled with these weirdo American and Japanese tourists Not a German or Austrian in site. I knew you would be on this thread very soon. But I wasn't expecting you here that soon . And just in case :Thank you, that's a nice offer but no thanks . which offer, the org invasion of Vienna, as i have said before, Vienna would be the perfect city for an invasion, loads of obscene pics by der Dom, maybe even abit of busking and miming If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

Thanks . I was afraid I might have spoiled the pleasant anticipation by telling that to me that movie as well as a stage production of it would probably be amusing in a different kind of way as it is for you. I guess we Austrians just can't understand it . When I was in Trinidad/Tobago half a year ago a Chinese guest house owner told us how much he enjoyed the movie. He had been to Salzburg just because of it . He proudly introduced us to his little daughter so that she could meet someone who comes from the country where her favourite movie takes place . It was touching and embarrassing at the same time . With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.
