That is bullshit that the NFL is showing thursday games on nfl network only! I can't believe that the nfl is putting thursday night games on NFL network. Last week it was the cowboys vs packers ( they both had one loss at the time). It should of been free. Now it's the bears vs the redskins. The NFL is just too greedy.

I'd bitch about this but my cable provider carries the NFL network.
That Packers/Cowboys game was AWESOME.

That Packers/Cowboys game was AWESOME. My cable company carries it too, but they charge extra for it, and the golf channel and the speed network, thay call it a "sports package" They were all part of the basic service last year. Comcast bloodsuckers.

My cable carrier (Comcast) carries the NFL network but forces people to pay extra for it as well. Actually, the major issue with the NFL Network is that the NFL moves some late season games to the channel in the hopes that the cable and satellite networks would carry it on their basic broadcast package. While DirecTV and Dish Network both carry the NFL network on their basic package (as well as a number of smaller cable outlets), Comcast, Time Warner, and Cox are balking at having to pay huge rights fees that would come with it being placed on basic cable. This is the reason why the NFL Network is available on only 35 to 40 percent of all TV viewers in the USA.
As for last week's game, I believe that cable viewers in both Dallas and Green Bay couldn't see the game at all because of the cable rights mess. At least here in Chicago, tonight's game is being broadcast locally on the MyNetwork TV station.

NFL.com is showing the game for free.
The NFL plays it off like it is the cable companies screwing people, and they are, but the NFL is using games as ransom in the standoff. I switched to DirecTV, so I can't complain anymore. Fuck the cable companies though. $100 a month average and they want NFL Network as a premimum. That is a first class screwing of the consumer. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

At least if you are missing the game, you just missed the worst, dumbest, shitty rap about football teams ever. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |
