HOw do I make the perfect mashed potato?

any tips? recipes? quick before Imago wakes up smile

heybaby

peel, boil, then boil twice until soft. add a bit of milk, some butter, garlic, salt and if you like a bit of chives batting eyes

twice is enough. just too make sure they are soft and easy to manipulate batting eyes

You should use waxy spuds too, don't make the pices to small when you boil them and add cream and butter with a bit of salt a pepper when you mash.

I was raised with eating cheese mashed potatoes. it took me years to realize that folks just don't automatically put cheese in their potatoes.

Instead of boiling your potato's in water boil them in chicken broth! Bring 2 boil,reduce heat to simmer,let cook for 30-40 minutes,drain saving some broth,place tatters in mixing bowl with a generious amount of butter,a splash of milk,add a lil broth and whip,add garlic salt if you want for flavor.Top with more butter and paprika! ENJOY drool
