the blair witch project

Okay so maybe i'm 8 years late, but I just recently watched this movie for the first time last night (I was bored, couldn't sleep and it seemed interesting to watch), so okay a couple of questions here.

This documentary thing with the three students, call me naive but was this really real, or really fake?

And I don't know about you, but they kept pissing me off when they got lost in the woods then wasted time argueing when that was valueable walk to get the fuck out.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

It was fake.

The real tapes were confiscated by the witch.

While the legend is real, this movie is fake.
Maybe we can go to the movies and cry together

Scary Movie's Small Tidbit Rendition of it had delivered poetic justice. It was funny, yet gross at the same time.....

The sequel was horrible. Save your money.

The original was scary for me, in that last scene.... with dude standing in the corner... and the camera dropping to the floor...

disbelief

And when I realized what the footprints on the wall were...it was four hours later, and I was standing on the 14th tee box. I was addressing the ball when, for some reason, it hit me.

I had to back off and collect myself before I hit the ball out of bounds.

They were from all the kids the witch kidnapped. The dude standing in the corner was about to be next.

I can't even remember what happened in the movie since my sister and I went to go see it in the theater so long ago. I do remember the ending with a person standing in a corner, we thought it was real and after we found out that it was'nt we were like rolleyes

My sister and I weren't even interested in the sequel!

I thought it was an interesting idea and it was great to see an independent film take off like it did. I wasn't in the greatest of settings on my 1st viewing which was in my local student union. However, I watched it again, this time on my own in the dark and it was really creepy. The acting and the dialogue is a bit annoying yet overall I like it.

I enjoyed it. If I'd been closer to the screen it would have probably made me puke though.

I think it's genius, and it's inspired copycat sequences in many major motion pictures to this day. It's even referred to as a style now in reviews. That's the sign of a landmark film.

I'm so glad there are other people here that like this movie. I loved it. It's funny 'cause I can watch any other slasher/scary/ghost movie and it doesn't effect me. I had nightmares after watching this movie. Yes! The last scene scared the crap out of me as well as when the kids were putting their hands all over the tent.

I knew that it was a reenactment, of what they said were real events, while watching the movie. It still scared me.

The whole thing, even the legend, was a hoax.

I thought it was a cool movie...the "real or not" debate always made me chuckle...but I think the idea of it being presented as "real" was genius...if you leave your notions behind and use a lil' imagination and think of that as "real" footage that was found, it is indeed a very scary thing...

Really enjoyed it as who else knows better how to scare me then me? Since you never see anything - my vivid imagination imagined something utterly terrifying.

I remember the drive home alone out to the boonies that night was very creepy.

I liked the movie also. It works better watching it on your TV set than on a huge screen in a theater with lots of other people.

The way the kids turned on each other out of frustration was also fascinating to watch.

What's wrong with crooked? The crooked ones can access spots the straight ones can't.
