I think it's time we quit dodging the subject and just talk about it... 
How do you feel about cottage cheese? Personally, I'm a fan. I like it with fresh cracked pepper and pineapple chunks, but I'll eat it plain and like it just fine. I haven't decided if I prefer large curd or small curd. I really don't think I care. Does it matter? Anyway, yeah. I really like cottage cheese. I will totally eat it like gangbusters. Does anyone else have strong opinions on this subject? Does anyone cook with cottage cheese? | |

LOVE IT!
My mom likes it with the pepper, but I'm more of a pineapple gal. Large or small curd...size doesn't matter, but I hate the taste/consistancy of the fat free version  | |

that's usually the crap they'll serve in a diner. i made the mistake of ordering the cottage-cheese-in-cantalope item in the past (hey, i like both! yum!) and then getting some rank-ass cottage cheese dumped smack dab in a perfectly good melon.  | |
