Honestly, sometimes I don't go to sleep until 5-6am . I sometimes even stay up until the next day and go to sleep that afternoon!

Really late for me is 4 a.m. I hate being up that late... and I REALLY hate being up when the sun rises. That's always made me feel so weird.

Well I'd say 3am-4am. Any later than that and you're onto an all nighter.

Left to myself I'd be up until around 4:00 am every night. But my work schedule prevents that now.

In my teens I would regularly stay up until 8:00 am

Yup. The looooong days of Northern European summer. It's nearly as bad in northern Germany. At the height of summer here the sun starts rising shortly after 3:30 am . I like the late summer nights when the sun doesn't go down until 11pm. It's really sexy and romantic because everyone is outdoors, drinking at cafes and really enjoying life. But when that sun comes creeping through your window at 3 something (and you haven't quite slept off that late night summer wine...) shake

Well we absolutely love it. If we didn't get all that light in the summer we wouldn't mentally survive the winter. Right now it gets dark before 3 p.m. neutral

If im by myself I could stay up until about 1am.
If im with friends or family, im up until 4-5am.

No matter what time i go to sleep, I still wake up between 7 and 8 in the morning.
