Wanna watch me on my knees....begging?

In the last month, I've been approached by a couple of financial firms interested in having me apply for a position within their companies. I'm not sure why I keep being approached by recruiters for this kind of thing but it's happening.

I was hoping someone in this field can give me some advice, cuz as much as I am reading up about it online, I'm not really getting a real feel for what it's like.

Orgnotes are welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Mach

I am not one - I have one

I do highly recommend to people that are serious about getting their money in order and have strong intentions for their financial future to seek one out

peace!

Thanks Mach.

This is by far my worst thread ever. I didn't even have one reply until I practically begged for one.

I'm not a financial advisor, but I have one and see them regularly. I know that they work a lot on commission. There is a high pressure to sell. They also work odd hours at times because they have to be able to meet the needs of their clients and if someone can only meet at 7 pm then that's when you meet. It's not a traditional schedule. At least the guy that I have doesn't work a regular schedule.

I do think it would be interesting because you'd learn so much about money and investing.

I'm sure this is of zero help to you so carry on sexy mama. biggrin

Ya, that's what I was thinking. I might be hard (being a single mom) getting someone to watch Miles sporadically...but the money is sooooo good that it's hard to resist. I'm definitely on the fence here.

Maybe the hours would be different with a different company...My advisor only works with military people. So, he's sort of a different kind of guy. It couldn't hurt to check it out. If they are recruiting you maybe you could say up front what your situation is and lay out your terms. If they want you badly enough they might be willing to work with you.

The issue of child care makes me think of on site day care at the work place...How nice would that be if all places were like that? sigh

The other thing is that I need to decide what market I wanna tap into..this could be anything.

I'm receiving a package from them today outlining everything.

I'm just so tired of just getting by.

I have one and he makes me sick!!! He's always telling ME what to do with MY money! So what he keeps me out of the poor house. I love to shop 'til I drop, damn it!!! pout

I'm only kidding. He's great and I can honestly say that I wouldn't still be in business without him. He's very open and honest and he's not afraid of me. Great qualities to have when dealing with other peoples money.
