I suppose it's a bit late in the semester for my advice, but mine would be:
Go to class. Stay awake in class. (<--This is crucial.) Take good notes. I did this and am proud to say I never, ever had to cram or pull an all nighter (in undergrad or grad school).  
Don't worry, grad school is much more stressful. No quizzes, tests, or mid-terms...just one big fat paper at the end of the semester that determines your entire grade for the whole course. And if you get below a B they put you on probation. And the professors are crazy.

i happen to do the same...every wednesday in painting class to my miserable feminist paint prof... well every-other wednesday, when she's crabby she's a wild card like that  [...i think i can, i think i can, i think i can...] | |
