not sure you can use that reduced fat margarine for baking...

I think the apples still had too much water in them. It just wasn't "set" enough. It's a little, well, thin in the middle. It still tasted great, but the texture was all wrong.

Essentially, it's a day to give thanks for our "blessings".

It's traditionally celebrated by cooking a turkey and eating way too much food and watching (american) football.

It's supposedly based on a meal the pilgrims had with the native americans to thank them for helping them survive when they first got here. But, of course, that is mostly a lie.

But it's still a nice day to spend with family and I particularly like the idea of saying thanks and showing gratitude.

But i'll glady mail you some.....you might have to pick the mold off of it but it still might be pretty tasty! thumbs up!
