advice on computer? My computer is getting too old and as I have a boyfriend in Holland, I was really thinking about buying a portable one. Today my mother called me with the fantastic news that she wanted to support me financially. I'm looking for a basic but good laptop. I don't need graphic programmes, but enough memory and RAM would be nice.
900 euro's is the amount I (and my mother No Macs please, I'm having difficulty enough figuring out a normal PC. And for my teaching job I have to use some programmes that aren't compatible.

I swear by evesham in the UK, but I would go for a Dell for value for money.
Most basic laptop's are more than adequate for your needs. You could check these two out to get an idea of what you should be looking for. http://www.evesham.com/pr...0D6E7290B6 http://ecomm.euro.dell.co...7e3f3110fb
