lucky you. in my previous home it was all hardwood and tile.
im not ready to rip up the carpet and refinish the hardwood floors or rip out the floors to the floor joists in the foryer/kitchen area and replace it with actual tile....yet, unless i do linoleum again ...hmmm its supposedly a natural product.

Well - intentional me really - we built our home on our own from clearning the land to building the rafters - to all inbetween

I knew I didnt want carpeted floors of any type and my bathroom has wood flooring but the main bath is tile

now you can get even more "green" building supplies then 20 yrs ago thumbs up!

but you do have area rugs right?

Nice, I hadn't considered the cleaners. I considered the dirt!

As an aside, I found that my skin looks great if I get a lot of sweating in from running, and if I exfoliate/moisturize with some mild lotion like Cetaphil.

I read somewhere that exfoliation is great for stimulating the skin to rid itself of toxins.

Cetaphil! shake What is it with that stuff? I bought some years ago at the advice from my dermatologist, and my skin immediately started burning, turned red, and I had a raised rash for over a week on my palms and arms!

ouch! are you sure you weren't using the soap as a moisturizer? lol

I guess we're all different. I have used products that my skin reacted to right away, but my girlfriend uses no problem.

I love cetaphil lotion!

You use Vaseline on your skin?!?! eek

I know, I know. But their lotion is thick, and it holds in moisture while I'm shuffling paperwork @ the workplace. When I use water-based lotions, I have to re-apply every 15 minutes. mad

There's gotta be a better, healthier non-petroleum way. If I refuse to wear petroleum on my lips, I should ban it completely. Any ideas?

falloff I wouldn't put it past myself, but nah, it was the lotion.

I've done something similar to that before, though. redface Rubbed shower soap all over my legs after shaving, wondering why it felt so slimy and wouldn't soak in. That burned too. mad Jumped in the pool and it was like a bubble bath.
