Congrats.. I used to be a barista myself, even went on a training course with the World Barista Champion - James Hoffman, although he was only the UK Champion at the time..
He taught me how to do this.. 
Anyway have fun, good luck.  Some people are like Slinkies...

It's not all that trendy, and it's more coffee shop than diner, there's just more than pre-wrapped sandwiches nad muffins to eat. And all are welcome, I just can't imagine anyone traveling there just for some coffee. So it's quite localized. In any case. My first night went well! 3 hours of work and I made $11 in tips. Not bad. I made lattes and chais and cappucinos and served a few beers as well. woo-hoo. |
