I finally found a coffee I hate!


Its a Columbian Supreme and it is just damn horrible.

So I went and bought a suitable for human consumption coffee but forgot I still had the carafe full of the hideous one.

Dump it out.
There's nothing worse than bad coffee.



I'm having a mildly depressing day. I decided it was time to work out an official budget for myself. Something I've never really sat down and done.

I don't like my findings.

I am hereby resolved to only allow myself to spend $100 a week on food, entertainment, shopping, cigarettes, whataver I want/need. This is after figuring out bills, gas and putting some away in savings each month.

I'm not excited.

I haven't looked for a job in I don't even know how long. At least, not something that wasn't a promotion within my own company. And I can't work retail at ALL cause that would be conflict of interest. I don't even know what to look for. Especailly considering I don't want to work more than a few nights a week and no more than every other weekend.

Can I just say THAT SUCKED NON-STOP for the first 2-3 days? Daaaaamn, that was uncomfortable. My body is still sort of haywire right now but it's all downhill from here, and I do not want a cigarette.

I made it about 2 months a year ago. I don't even know how/why I started back up again. But here I am. Back up to my standard of half a pack a day.

I may have a second job. And it fits the theme of the thread. A good friend of mine works for a coffee shop and they're looking for part time help, so she's calling the owner for me right now.


Goodness. I wonder if it's going to be this easy. The owner of this coffee shop is good friends with 2 of my friends.

It's looking good, Karen. I talked to the owner today and I'm going in to meet with him tomorrow. I can't believe it's this quick and easy. I decide I need a job and by the end of tomorrow, I just may have one!
