I get to write FIND EVIL SCHOOLGIRL SEX BEAST and other tacky tabloid morally bankrupt nonsense on the same page as a competition to win £100 shopping voucher at Tesco. It's that kind of harmonic convergence which promotes the balance of the universe.

-I get to set my own hours...
-I get to work from home...
-I get to work in sweats lol...
-I get to take vacations anytime I want without having to ask for time off...
-I get to sample and use new electronic devices before they ever hit the shelves...
-My boss is an incredibly funny, smart, good looking and sexy man, if I do say so..
-I'm my own boss...

My Target target discount, while only 10%, rocks. I love Target.

I adore the people I work with. My team and my boss are honestly awesome people to hang out with everyday. Last week I got home from work one day and realized my eyeliner was all coming off and it was cause I'd laughed till tears were coming out 3 TIMES that day. That's a good day.

The 401k plan for Target is generally called the best plan in retail. I discovered the other day that if current trends continue, I'm gonna be pretty well off when I retire. It's a nice projection. And honestly something I never really thought I'd acheive. Even though with inflation and the US dollar it probably still won't be enough to live on comfortably. lol. And of course, that's only if I don't decide to up and move to Brazil or something.

Manicures every other week, profit sharing and my favorite, The Out of Town Mystery Trip. The trip is exactly what it sounds like, they don't tell you where you're going and then it's a long weekend, somewhere in the world with expenses paid. Spending money is on you but everything else is taken care of. Amsterdam, San Fran, London, Iceland, New Orleans, NY, NY and the last one was D.C.

Working the headquarters you get to attend a lot of events for free, free health screenings (like flu shots), if we chose to use the public hospital, it would cost close to nothing for services. Its free for those who chose to have their babies there.

I'm saving about 20% on my Verizon bill through employee discounts.

Excellent tuition reimbursement. Good time to get my master's in public health or something.
