Anybody interested in hidden messages in text? I need help - I'm looking at text from PDF's and I can see there's other text written under what's on top but I don't know how to get it out. It's in Swedish but that's not important, I just need the bottom layer of text out. Anybody know how to do that, software or somebody feel like helping out? It might be very important for a LARP/ERPG a friend of mine is involved in. And before somebody asks, Live Action Role Playing/Enhanced Role Playing Game.
I think the text is mirrored...which gave me an idea. But feel free to help anyway, if you've got nothing better to do on a Saturday :ivegotnolife: http://prosopopeia.sics.s...larost.pdf

it's typed on very thin paper recto verso. What you see is just the text of the other side shining through.

That's what I thought also but considering the source of the pages it's likely that the other side is as yet unknown to us, that is the text on the other side isn't necessarily in the pdf. Thanks though, any idea what to do when I've gotten this far? I've tried to fiddle with contrast, detail and brightness but nothing yet.

It looks to me like a scanned page, and you can just see a faint idea of what was written on the other side of the page, no?

if you compare the text shining through on page 1, you see exactly the same paragraph structure as it is seen on page 2. Ditto for page 3 and 4.
we like to see what is not there, the evidence teaches us wrong.
