You can do a variety of things...
1 - Get an over the counter ointment like Preparation H or something similar 2- Take a hot sits bath. Basically get a box of Epson Salt and dissolve some in bath water and soak in it for 20 min- 30 min. That usually does the trick. A box should get you about 3 baths. 3 - Suppositories.
