why is being curvy always associated with being fat?  being overweight does not always equal curves. i have curves and i'm 137 at 5'4 and my mother and younger sister are at the correct weights for their heights and they have curves to  . btw. i don't think that article means anything. | |

Exactly heybaby, curvy is NOT FAT - it's about the typical feminine distribution of fat to the hips and ASS  which is the pear shape - also much healthier heart-wise than the apple shape (fat around the middle) 
They are also saying that to be the weight you are (around 130 for 5'4" and not thinner, is ideal and you will be prone to many less diseases like alzheimers and parkinsons. | |
