Following my thread about Remebrance day.. Health and Safety Crap! WE have for years bought poppies to commemorate Remembrance day, and put in our coat, jumper, shirt etc.
Having spoken to a family friend who sells such poppies she has been trained to say, if you wish you buy a poppy and also take a pin, you will be taking the pin at your own risk, therefore if you so prick yourself, you have already agreed there will be no comeback of any injuries concerned. How crap are we getting? Last year, people who bought poppies for a worthy cause, actually SUED the charity after pricking themselves with the pin the poppy came with. This is getting SO out of hand.
