In Australia we got a thing called medicare, and if your service provider bulk-bills medicare direct, you get treated for free. Having babies on the public health system is WAY better than private health, less intervention  but all the same doctors and midwives 
Some of it is out of our taxes but I think a large chunk is government budget. | |
