Eating two or three dried apricots before going to bed might help you since the apricots soak up a lot of the water that´s in your stomach, hence your bladder will cause you less trouble and you can sleep a bit longer....without that urge, you know ? lol

Yeah, I'm gonna be turning 29 in a few and I have signs.

Um, I totally have to EXCERCISE these days. Like, skinny is gone. I now have to WORK at it.

Ummmm.....I've been using this face cream called ULTIMATE, which is for like ppl in their 40s and shit, but HEY an ounce of prevention and all.....

I also have this new fascination with scarves and stuff. Like, I care about warmth and shit. Its so odd.

I keep hurting myself in the same spot doing simple DIY stuff.

pissed

I would say dying my hair but I have been doing that since I was young. My dads family goes gray early. I have been trying to cover this gray since I was 21 yrs old.
If I was a guy ppl would say it looks lovely and distinguished or I could just shave my head.

confused

The point at which I felt old was when I realised that my parents are neither infallible, invulnverable or even intelligent (at times). The realisation that they are just ordinary people with the same failings as others was very sobering.

Yes and no. At times, I thought all these things earlier in my life, but didn't really feel them. There's a different perspective when you're still living under their care - and then being able to view them from a distance.

These days, I feel like I'm the parental figure in the relationship.
