And I'm doing the breakfast portion this year. I'm making Belgian waffles, homemade strawberry glaze and whipped cream, and mimosas with Asti Spumante and fresh squeezed oranges.

we already did family thanksgiving this year, and i contributed pumpkin muffins, gingerbread cupcakes w/ cream cheese icing, and southern banana pudding with meringue topping. except for maybe the pumpkin muffins, i was very happy that none of my cooking tasted like doodie. woot!

Actually, I changed it up a bit. I used neufatel cheese with less fat than normal cream cheese and I used reduced fat margarine instead of butter.
