I'm Making Homemade Applesauce Today Hopefully it will turn out okay. The recipe seems easy enough, so we'll see what happens. It will be a good way to use up the rest of the apples that I have in my refrigerator. Applesauce is good, but it kinda/sorta reminds me of eating baby food.

Oooh, apples from Michigan sound delicious! I'm in Ohio, and that's the one nice thing about the Midwest region - we have nice apples for the picking. My mom and I did that just recently, it was fun.RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

I love applesauce, but I never had it homemade. I used to do stewed & skillet apples a lot.....it's been a while though. Speaking of apples, Cracker Barrel makes the best skillet apples. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke) | |

Most people eat applesauce by itself. It's good. You should try to find it in a store. I prefer mine slightly chunky with cinnamon.
