I'm bored of Hiro - let alone the Hiro-in-the-past storyline. I'm also bored of Peter. I don't believe either Hiro's or Peter's characters. In fact, they're more like caricatures (of a wide-eyed Japanese tourist and rich-kid-rebelling against their family respectively). The most believable characters remain Claire and her father. They're basically carrying the show. Of the rest, Nathan, Micah and Mrs. Pettrelli hold my interest more than Mohinder, Matt and Nikki. Sylar is still a totally two-dimensional baddie - but I'll let him off because he's so lovely. The guy who plays Mohinder is such a terrible actor. He's trying to convey emotion in his voice at the same time as tryng to fake his accent. I agree with you on the Claire/Noah carrying the show. Sylar is too a bit. The only thing that bothers me with him is his entire motive. He does have a gift (working with tiny machines) but it's not enough for him and he has an agenda...for what? Aaaahhhhh.
Now I see why we had to suffer through that whole Hiro in the past plot. I admit I didn't see that one coming.

Well, if Heroes were to borrow from the X-Men yet again, then Adam/Kensei is indeed hundreds of years old because his healing power prevents his cells from dying of old age--just like Wolverine. That's my guess.

I have to admit. Last night's episode was pretty good.

I'm finally getting interested in the plotlines. Thank God.

You mean you expected it, but realize it's not him, right? Because Bob, in last night's episode mentioned the two of them together. Unless they're going with 2 different versions of the same person from different timelines being in the same place routine, and that would just be blah. My impression is that this virus thing is exactly the same as the old Legacy virus story from the X-Men books. It's a virus that attacks the special gene that gives the Heroes their abilities. That's why they are the only ones susceptible right now. But left unchecked the virus will mutate and begin to attack normal people too which leads to the future scenario of 93% of the population dying. That's my guess. THE VIRUS HAS MUTATED. MOHINDER TRIED TO GIVE NIKKI HIS BLOOD BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH THE ANTIBODY, AND IT DIDN'T TAKE. AND SHE WILL PROBALY WIG OUT AGAIN AND START THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS. I'M NOT SHOUTING, JEEZ!

What I *didn't* like about this episode is it's repetition of an event from last season.... travelling to the very near future to see the end results of an apocalypse/holocaust that needs to be averted. I liked tonight's episode, "Four Months Later" a lot. It's getting me hooked again. Just in time for the writers' strike to end the season. "Half of what I say is meaningless; but I say it so that the other half may reach you." - Kahlil Gibran

This week's was the best so far this season.
BUT.. ...are you telling me that mofo at the club with Niki came up to D.L. and pulled the gun on him soooo quickly that D.L. had no time at all to turn ephemeral? Maybe if he came up behind D.L. I would have bought that scene, but the way it was written, I found hard to believe. It was lame how he died. Elle is hot.

so, who watched tonight? 11/19?
i haven't watched it yet. i taped it, but i did catch the last few moments. it looked goooood. i really wish they'd front-loaded this season with the good stuff, because it really took me a long time to get into it. i guess they had to build up from scratch, but last season's pace got to be so pulse-pounding, that it was hard to come back to it at the new snail's pace. plus, it looks like they're cutting the season short. only 2 episodes left. damn it! just when it was getting good! but maybe i'm getting ahead of myself, since i haven't even watched tonight's episode yet. maybe it sucked. I HATE MOHINDER!!!
He's the worst actor on the show and his character is a weenie who falls for anything. Somebody off him already and put him out of my misery! Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.
