Anybody here watch that show Bridezillas on Women Entertainment???

the show is hilarious, a bunch of crazy ass brides going overboard and driving their whole wedding party nuts gives me great laughs.

Was just wondering if I was the only one who found this show amusing.

I also watch "Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?" on the Style network which focuses more on the wedding but less drama, although some episodes feature the brides getting raw with their wedding planners. Plus most of the weddings featured are from those couples who have a lot of change in their wallet for expensive weddings.

Another show on the "W.E." channel is "Rich bride, poor bride", this show features more couples who don't have a lot of money for weddings but still want elaborate ones. They also feature brides who go missing in action when they are suppose to show up to vendor appointments with their planners, and then get upset with the planners when they go ahead and make decisions for them in their absence.

Anywho, check it out!!!
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I watched part of a Bridezilla marathon. It was hilarious.

It's funny to watch, but if I knew one of them IRL... eek

I wonder how many of those marriages last.

I have two college educations and one wedding to pay for in the next few years.

I can't watch that show without developing a severe pain in my wallet.

But why have a lavish, fancy wedding if it's going to be a financial drain? Wouldn't it be better to have a modest ceremony and put the rest of the money towards a house or something?

yes exactly. I don't want a big wedding when I get married. Most of the financial strain does come from the reception (food, music, decorations, cake, venue)...but i'd rather spend as less as possible on the ceremony, have a decent reception and save most of the money to pay for a honeymoon in full and enough to pay a down payment towards a house. That's my plan, I hope it turns out that way though...it just may not.

But it's your wedding and you should go all out.

It actually makes me sad.

I can't believe people will support and glorify this kind of behavior.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

The time that I watched it I had my daughters with me. I used the show to point out just how horrid the Bridezillas' behavior was and asked them how they thought the other people felt being treated like that.

Like I said it was funny, on tv...but I did make it a point to stress that IRL that behavior is disrespectful and hurtful.

true, but there's no reason to go crazy over it. i'm more concerned with how long my marriage will last (hopefully until the day I die) than with the details of a wedding ceremony.
