The Foodwhore Thread -pics of you with your favorite foods

I've noticed quite a few photo-threads on this site since I joined. Now I challenge you to post a picture of you with your favorite food. I'll start.

The Tater Tot Hot Dish on a Stick is kitschy and delicious. I tried it last year when I was visiting the West Indies, and honestly, it's one of the yummiest things I've ever eaten.

No foodwhores on this message-board? This thread could be a lot of fun. Okay, I'll post another one of me.

Snails, fried in garlic sauce. They look yummy, don't they? The QRA (Quick, Reliable and Accurate) method of dispatching animals is very important when it comes to eating things that have just been living and have now sadly given themselves for our pleasure.

No, that makes it taste like ass. And since ass is already the appetizer, it would be kind of monotonous to have the main course taste like that too.

I eat a lot of weird things, which makes your question tough to answer. But some of the weirder things were:

- Kangaroo (quite tasty; not at all gamey)
- Emu (also tasty)
- Bush tomato (berry sized about midway between a currant and blueberry; Yum!)
- Witchetty grubs (larvae of the ghost moth)
- Damper (variety of bread made in the bush)
- Bunya nuts (nuts from the Bunya pine tree)

And I actually ate camel in New York City, in Queens of all places! It was at an Egyptian restaurant. I found it to be grainy and fatty, but as always, completely worth the experience.

I'm not sure which is worse, reading about you frying up a penis or your newfound interest in all things exploding the world.

Fantastic. As I already posted on another thread that was related to this topic, this is an interesting new idea for a dish - flaming anus. If you can also bake it, broil it or steam it, you're probably better off deep-fat frying it. My feeling is, if you can't shuck it or fry it, why bother eating it?

That's how I do it. If you visit an Australian grocery store, you can also buy Kangaroo meat patties. They are perfect for your BBQ.

Not really that special and far from being my favorite food but everytime I go to Turkiye I just have to eat these every day, they are so tasty and full of protein.

They are very simple, yet sooooo tasty. I prefer them just plain, bought from one of the street vendors, or at home, with a good glass of raki or beer.
They are filled with spicy rice, and you squeeze a dash of fresh lemon juice on them.
