I bought a house! Haven't even closed on it yet and I'm 10 grand into improvements. I always have liked renting, but my neighbors have become intolerable.
That's it. I'm excited and thought I'd share. Fun but expensive experience. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Oh, and there have been monkey shows on animal planet all week and that rules. Discuss whichever you wish or send this thread like ever other thread of mine: up the ass of the org. There from the 70s and are made of yarn. (green, red, yellow, & orange) Looks like someone vomited on a tarp and put it over the windows. Funniest thing is they replaced all the windows and left the coverings. Must have liked them. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. I bet your neighbors thought that too! luckily, the neighbors facing my bathroom window hadn't moved in yet as their house was still being built at the time. The only real problem was that the A/C wasn't strong enough to cool the house down adequately. It's amazing what drapes and blinds do to cool a room. | |

The great thing about owning your home is, you can improve it and you do it for YOUR home. Not for a landlord, or a home-renting-agency... that's added value for YOU. No restrictions. No regulations. You can do what you want with it. Enjoy !!! | |
