It was a 3.7. There have been 30 aftershocks since last night.

^^ I put my kit together the weekend after Katrina. I see it how it is. Do you think FEMA will come running to Oakland?

I was in San Francisco. I've been through so many and they're always kind of light, fun, roly poly events... So I was sitting while the house shook...

"la, la, la...we're having an earthquake..." But it kept going for a really long time.

So then I began to wonder if I should do something, get under a table? stand in the doorframe? Run out into the intersection?

Then it stopped. I had to take the BART immediately afterward and it was running at half speed in case of aftershocks.
