Sometimes, but rarely these days. I absolutely HATED my job for a while a few years back and it really was all cause of the people I worked with. For a long time I tried my best to bring them up but after a while it simply didn't work. I left, and have been unbelieveably happy since. My job is basically the same, but the people have made all the difference.
So, I guess you just leave.
