So its 2:45 am and i've been sneezing and having that tickling/burning feeling in my sinuses since about 10pm this evening...


i can't STOP sneezing...does anyone have any remedies?
(nothing has changed in the air in my room, mind you it's been very dry lately because two of my housemates are idiots and have the head jacked...ive had 2 major nose bleeds in the past 3 days...i havent had a nose bleed since i was about 9 or 10.)

about 2 weeks ago I had the same kinda thing happen - I tried this

well its the morning after ( ) and now the same side is just congested as hell, i think its the house and im just counting down now till the day i move back home for the holidays
due to my lack of funds, im taking some cold/flu meds that i have (im just getting over the flu too) that fight congestion/sneezing/runny noses

try when you sneeze not to breath back in right away, but exhale all the way and hold for a bit.
I do this when I sneeze cause sometimes it makes my whole body hurt really bad when I breath in right away.
I don't know why, but it works.

My son use to have sneeze fits when he was a little boy, he would sneeze so much till he would get a bloody nose. He had major allergies, thank god he grew out of it.
