Muscle Spasm

I have been having these muscle spasams right under my eyes for 3 days now..its driving me crazy!! Do u guys hate these things???!!!

I remember back in 1996 I had them really really bad. My inner thigh kept twitching over and over and over in one place...for days...it would stop for a while,...then come back.

is there any temp. cure for em?

I usually get that eye twitch thing when I really get stressed....so I just...

a.) retrieve one

b.) get one of these...

Sharpen to a fine point, then stab eye repeatedly until the twitching stops....

lol

Magnesium supplements and cherry juice with a high fruit content help against muscle spasms and help during the recovery process after an intense workout but I don´t know what might help when your eye muscles have spasms.

It's not forced to be that at all...and we do have quite a lot of them biggrin

...It could be something as simple as stress

...Here are a few more explanations

I'm sorry to hear about that... I didn't realise...

...Some form of simple relaxation would likely help... as if you didn't know that already boxed

...Easy to say... Not always so easy to do

Me 2.

It was from using computer too much.
When using a computer blink rate dwindles and the eye becomes dry and eyelids are strained.

Eating berries and vitamin B helps. nod
