Not drunk, but definitely feeling the effects of the wine that I drank - lol! I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but I kinda like this feeling.

Insalata Caprese (Salad in the style of Capri) is a simple salad from the Italian region of Campania, made of sliced fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes and basil. It is seasoned with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. The main ingredients are similar to Pizza Margherita, but are not cooked.

I sound like such a wino!!

Panera used to have a salad called Tomato Mozzerella Salad and basically it was caprese but with little triangles of focaccia bread and balsamic vinaigrette. It was so tasty and light, it was a perfect lunch food. So I would pretty much get it every day but they discontinued it and now I hate Panera.
