Tyra fell off her pony!

First time for everything I guess, Thursday when she went riding the pony (very small one naturally since she's only 3 years old) needed to shake itself so it did, she was just suddenly sitting in the air and then fell down. omfg falloff
She cried a lot but after a mere 3 or 4 minutes she got back on the pony and continued the ride home. touched woot! :toughgrrl: Just like auntie, I was thrown off or fell off a thousand times prolly but always got back on - the only time I ever cried after a fall was cos I was laughing so hard though, it was spring and the pony I was riding had decided it was all together too beautiful outside to have a rider on top so he threw me 6 times in 10 minutes - not kidding! eek The sixth time I was laughing as I got up, the crowd was like whofarted omg "Jen's actually crying!!!" but then realised I was just laughing so hard... anyways... Tyra is now riding every Thursday, next Thursday I'm coming with - the proudest aunt EVER and there WILL be pictures, rest assured. mushy

Today there was a fall festival here and I bought her a hella expensive balloon, a shiny race car... shrug confuse
Her parents had gotten one for her yesterday, that one was a My Little Pony. giggle

Oh, update for those of you who give a crap - I'm in the town of Avesta where my mom, sis and Tyra live to take care of mom, her health is very bad so I've been here since Oct 19th to help mom out with cleaning, shopping for groceries etc. Tyra quickly realised Uzie isn't half as fun as she thought at first, mostly she's in Tyra's way so she's learned to say "go lie down" to Uzie, by listening to the rest of us telling her. falloff touched She plays toss the ball with Uzie but if Uzie goes for the ball if it's on the ground before Tyra has picked it up, she goes "but mommy!!!!" in a really annoyed way, like "mom, fix the dog wouldya??" lol

I'm getting back home late Sunday evening my time, for now I'm on a dial-up connection rolleyes bored

Well done to her. She probably did better than I did. India was the first time I'd ever been on a horse. I was struggling for ages to get my leg over (no jokes please) and was flapping about on the poor horses back for about 2 mins like a fish out of water! Eventually I did though to go up the track to the middle of nowhere in Hichamal Pradesh!

falloff People always have trouble getting their legs over the first time and it's hilarious to the rest of us giggle hug

Good on you though, it really is the best mode of travelling in some parts of the world, no matter how much our modern inventions want to make us believe otherwise.

What happened to the goats in the postcards you sent me? I'd rather be traded for goats than camels. pout

Mentally - I'm a bit nutty - when I take a cool curve with my new car now I almost freak out cuz my mind thinks I am hydroplaning into another semi
