Sinus Headaches Do any of you get sinus headaches from your allergies? I've had one for two days now, and just broke down and took 2 Advils. Having a sinus headache is never fun, because my head has a lot of pressure in it and feels like it's going to explode when I bend over. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I have never had one, now if you had asked "do you get terrible cramps?" I'd be all over this thread.

Prince has a microchip implanet in all of our heads, when we think bad thoughts about him he can program a sinus headache. Nancy, think only good, shining thoughts about everything Prince. Because, remember, he is watching! All you others say Hell Yea!!

I used to get loads of congestion from allergies / sinus infections, but they're pretty much held at bay by using Sterimar which is basically a sea water spray you fire up your nostrils twice a day. It keeps the whole area naturally disinfected and flushes out all the allergens.
Not cheap for sea water at £6 a can but I prefer taking it to chemical alternatives and it's the only thing I feel comfortable taking over long periods. The pill's gonna leave a side effect that'll take another pill 2 correct, and the whole thing's leaving U feelin' less than good "Sheeeeeeeeit"

I used to get them regularly.
I cut down on beef and dairy, (on the advice of another sinus sufferer), and I have seriously diminished the frequency and intensity of my attacks. However, when I do get them, all I need is Tylenol Sinus. It's excellent! BTW - when my dad was in his late 20's, he used to suffer from sinus problems. He went to a doctor, and was given a single injection (of who-knows-what) that cured him forever of sinus problems. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

Damn org
Get a bowl of boiling water and lean over it with a towel over your head, the steam will help clear your airways. Do this for a good 10 mins. Find some good tablets that deal with that sort of pain, I don't know what country you're in but here in Aus there's some great ones called Fexotabs that work amazingly. Stay inside away from pollen. Don't go out if it's really windy.
