it takes me an average of one hr to fall asleep & find the RIGHT position 
Im a VERY lite sleeper...hubby is the opposite, we usually sleep apart. im basicaly a nervous anxious person  *sigghh* | |

I've become more restless as I've gotten older. But depends on the bed, too. . . is yours getting old?
Lately I've been squirmy while trying to GET to sleep. Mary seems to think that she could never, ever sleep without having a down pillow. Makes me sniffly and itchy to have down in my bed. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1! | |

i grew up with down pillows!! but have successfully converted to "fiber cluster" pillows 
they fluff up like down and smoosh like down because the filling is made entirely of individual clusters of fiber like this 
in the beginning they are really lofty but will loose volume like any pillow however i love how these just fluff up again and they wash nicely too. but make sure it says "fiber cluster" filling i bet she wouldn't mind one like that.
