i mean, dang, 40 or 50 years ago, it was thought to be impossible to go into space..now, it's like, "britney spears in court today, oh and by the way, there's ome people in space this week..."

I live near NASA and know a lot of astronauts. While they might not make the front page everywhere (they do here, obviously), they are still held with the utmost respect.

People fawn over astronauts more than they do our sports stars and entertainers. In fact, the athletes and entertainers bow down to the astronauts around here.

I'm currently on the moon right now.
