it depends sometimes it's 3 or 4 in AM... sometimes it's midnight or 1, 2AM... 7PM... between 9 and 11PM.... sometimes I don't sleep at all for a couple of days.

I ususally fall asleep at midnight or shortly after. I'm trying to change that though. I get in bed at 10:30, hoping to have lights out at 11, 11:15 at the latest.

My usual bedtime is 1am - 1:30am.

between 2 and 3 in the morning most nights.

between 6-8am is when I go to sleep and the rest of the day I'm in bed for entertainment only.

In bed between 11:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. I usually awake between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., except on Fridays (up by 7 a.m.) and Saturdays (up by 9 a.m.).

Although I strive for 3am, I'm usually turning the lights off at 5am. I can't help it. I work nights and get a second wind around 1am.

I work until midnight so I go to sleep sometime before 2am. I usually fall asleep on the couch wathching Sportscenter. I then wake up and go into the room.

I heard it was because during WWII, General Montgomery insisted on having a full breakfast, even in combat.
