I tried to find what the Iraqi papers were saying about the elections. But all I got was this:

I am writing to ask if the Althawra newspaper has an official or unofficial projection for the upcoming "elections" in Iraq. Will it be Saddam again? (That is my guess. Although secretly I hope the people kick his ass to the curb!)

Anyway, on this website we have a monkey who flings poo, a guy who "Vooms" (don't ask), a person named after a female body part (we used to have two!), a guy from Michigan U, a whole cast of characters. We do things like anagrams and exquisite corpses (I still don't get that one) and flames and we speculate on every little aspect of this popstar's life -- it's kind of hard to explain (and kind of sad when I see it written out like this). We invaded OkayPlayer and then the GD got shut down and we have avatars and emoticons and shit. People leave and come back, but they *announce* that they are leaving! I mean, c'mon! just leave already!

It's kind of a mess. But we all really want to know about the Iraqi elections!
