Is it possible he could be beautiful inside...
Or is he ugly to the bone? Do we even care about how he is inside? (I don't really. ) [Edited 10/27/07 6:32am] FREE THE 29 MAY 1993 COME CONFIGURATION!

Ex-Moderator | If they're saying that beauty is pure asthetics while ugly is everything and then some, then I suppose... but I can find things beautiful that have nothing to do with what they look like.
So false. |

So false. Well, it's a saying I happened upon in an old comic book. I found it a little harsh. I think beauty can go to the bone as well. (At least, I hope so.) FREE THE 29 MAY 1993 COME CONFIGURATION!

You can be beautiful on the outside, but it's more important what or who you are on the inside that really matters!
People who got looks sometimes tend to put too much emphasis on what they look like (image) that they fail to see what is more important on the inside (character). Not only that, I think society in general puts pressure for people to have to live up to a certain image to be acceptable. That's why you get girls who have anorexia or bulimia.

Then years of hatred and bigotry: This is an interesting comparison because how you feel on the inside surely does show and in your body all those negative chemicals still stay in your body. For instance, a Naturalpathic doctor mentioned that all that chemical reaction (what you call anger or hate) is stored in your body somewhere, which is like your liver. And if you don't de-tox, it continues to circulate in your body. There is definitely a strong connection between your emotions and your physical as this photos have shown. When a person is happy, they produce good chemicals in their body, when negative, negative chemicals.

I feel there are some people who are beautiful on the outside..but darn right ugly on the inside. It's almost like they are wearing a mask to hide just how ugly they can be.
But then...I am also the kind of person that believes that beauty can come from the inside out...if you feel beautiful on the inside..then it's bound to show on the outside. Proud Memaw to Seyhan Olivia Christine ,Zoey Cirilo Jaylee & Ellie Abigail Lillian
