I think taking alot of drugs,no sleep and too much coffee makes one Insane.

Well I'm a typical hackery type in that I am a total insomniac and somehow survive on just a few hours sleep every couple of days. Then I crash big time at the weekend when I am over-tired. And I do have my occasional bouts of insanity so the proof is in the pudding, as they say. Well, someone says it I'm sure.

I spent a good 5 years straight staying up all night...and my sanity has never been questioned...well, it hasn't been questioned often...not too often, anyway...that is, it hasn't been questioned by authorities or anything...I mean, not lately...back then, the authorities questioned me and my sanity all the time, sure...I'm just talkin' about now...well, ok, there was that incident last week at the Circle K, but c'mon, I can't be the only one who visits a convenience store at 3:37am wearing Spongebob Squarepants boxers, a snorkel and stilettos to buy beef jerky...

I stay up all night out on the patio looking for UFO's

Yup, I'm a night owl and completely off my rocker.

NOPE-I'm glad someone brought that up.

I'm kinda like you Aaron, but it was a part of my nature since I was a baby. I'm hopelessly in love with dark things in general(dark music, dark clothes and dark places) it just feels so haunting yet sooo GOOD, I can't even describe it.

My mother thought I had something wrong with my system but gladly by the time, she expected this and consider it a god will.

The good thang is my life start at night(I work in a Cafe all night)


P.S. Don't worry I'm not a devil worshiper/heardrock+Heavy metal listener or some freaky ass chic, I'm normal just,,,other kind of normal!

I dont like staying up all night because it shows on your face in the morning. People look flushed and like hell when they do that.

I do have an affinity for neon lights and other nightime scenes. Thats all I photograph is nightlife.

If you're lucky enough to NOT have to get up early in the morning--why not take advantage of it.

I never sleep and I lost all sanity along time ago due to it.

It makes me fucking tired and grumpy the next day. Are you ready for a blast of hot air???

Being Insane makes you stay up all night.

And funny you should mention it, cause I spent an entire summer staying up alll night with a friend watching the whole series. We'd eat donuts, drink coffee (black as midnight on a moonless night) and the occasional piece of cherry pie.

Art Bell certainly is a character, no? so are his guests and callers, but non the less interesting when i'm looking 4 a change of pace... now, i dont think staying up all nite will make u insane, as i've done it many times...(maybe thats why i post here though, u think?), but when i've done so, i cant think too straight & i get silly. my mind starts to become hazy/blurry. but this is after about 18 hrs. in a row on no sleep and lots of activity. just being up all nite, 1st of all, probobly means u had too much sleep during the day or r suffering from a stressful situation. those callers etc. on bell's show arent necessarily sleep deprived. it's just a strange show with strange subjects that sound crazy sometimes. i do know that the longer u go without sleep, like over 24 hrs, u COULD become rather crazy acting, with memory loss and thoughts slow down, as well as other things that each individual will exhibit differently. one tends to be on edge and very irritable, things will bother u that usually dont. hallucinations sometimes appear etc.

After 36 hrs of sleep deprevation you have Hallucinations is what they say.

I am STILL awake!!!
