My sister may be one. My mom says she was "born in a veil." I have no idea what that means, but my sister has low self esteem and a lot of those "symptoms".
Maybe we can go to the movies and cry together

My daughter has a "friend" that she says is a drowned boy named Billy.
He is with her most of the time. Meggy says he sounds exactly like her imaginary friend from her chidhood. Same description, same name, same time when he says he was alive and same manner of death. shrug He left Meggy when she was 16
Seems to be harmless and actually helpful at times.

my guys never had a imaginary friend, I guess they aren't quiet or still long enough to notice them lol

lol You caught that before I changed it. My girlie knew I said something about her and didn't like it. She hates when I talk about her. biggrin
She's usually a very quiet, intrverted person. I always thought that might be the reason for the "friends". I can't really say imaginary because I don't know that they are. And I can't say invisible because she sees them. It really doesn't bother me.I just enjoy the stories she tells about them.
Your boys have each other so maybe they don't need the imaginary friends.

when a relative entered a healing profession, i started realizing that i understood energy thoroughly, and always had...

yes, as a child i realized a lot of things, but had nobody to particularly guide me in these matters. i remember seeing a golden light next to me at times. learned to trust in God and my inner voice.

i can know all sorts of things about people, but choose not too because it feels too controlling and manipulative, you know? i'm pretty careful.

Yeah, my Indigo person hears everyone's thoughts, it drives him wild at times.
He can tune them down to background noise but that's hard. It's difficult because he hears so much that wasn't meant to be heard. It's a big responsibility to not manipulate people. He says thoughts are just a sound frequency that most people can't hear.
He also heals people. His girlfriend had a large cavity in one of her molars. He did something and within hours it started to heal, within a couple days it was a perfect tooth.
You can't fake that.

It's funny you mentioned the golden glow. When I first was learning about some of his powers, he made a huge golden glow around himself. It was beautiful and a bit scary at the same time.
i felt special that he glowed for me. cool

You see other people's energy? Auras?
[Edited 10/20/07 12:15pm]

Yeah, I can sense someone's aura without seeing it, but I can actually see it as well, if I so choose...

My mom has actually PHOTOGRAPHED my golden glow! Is that not amazing? She's a crystal person herself.

Your friend sounds interesting. I got freaked out a couple of years ago when a barely conceived child began talking to me... not my own kid, and I wasn't supposed to know he was there! as far as knowing what's in people's heads, I figure that if I know, it's because they want me to know in some unconscious way... still, I try NOT to know, understand?

People just think you're crazy lots of the time; but thankfully I do have a few friends who understand. flower
