I sleep better at night when...

I have someone to sleep next to. I have recently found a cuddle buddy. We just sleep together a couple nights a week. No sex.

I sleep much better at night next to someone than I do alone.

Imago

I did that when I was stationed in Germany.

I would drive 15 minutes to a different Air Base and crawl into bed with a girl I knew from techschool. No sex. No kinky nothing. Just sleep.

heybaby

when i take naps and my kids are still up watching tv or whatever, I can sleep but I can still hear whats going on around me. In order to have a good sleep I have to have some one in the bed with me, everything turned off and everyone in the house sleep.

In all the times that I slept with someone, which weren't many, I could never fall asleep. and if I did, I'd wake up with every move of them. Not out of discomfort, just out of the need to be there for them when they wake up.

I sleep better when I really had a great day of hard work, and fun.

Me too

Though there are times I need/want/desire to sleep alone - so when those nights come up, I do just that

peace!

That's interesting. I prefer to sleep in my bed alone.

Even if cupcake and I are together, I cannot fall asleep all cuddled up. Like, I'll lay there with him, and then when I'm REALLY tired, I de-tangle and I go to my corner of the bed.

It's interesting how different people are. You can learn a lot about a person's sleep style.

How cute and convenient. When I sleep next to someone, they want to get their leg over. lol

I sleep much better when I have read a bit of my book before I turn the light off. That and also if I am tangled up in my blanket. It is so cosy and comfortable, you just want to melt inside it.

I love it too, as long as the bed is big enough for stretching out when needed.

if whomeever i'm sleeping with rolls away from me in my sleep i roll towards them. i've rolled people out of bed that way.

I am the exact opposite. If I am sharing my bed it's for sex, not sleep.

In order for me to sleep well it has to be COMPLETELY DARK.

me too! we'd be watching tv or something and always end up falling asleep by each other, but not touching at all. it's just physical proximity or something that's calming, i guess.

oh, we'd sleep the two of us in 1 skinny dorm bed. lol You can't help but roll into each other. It wasn't cuddly/snuggly, but it wasn't miles apart either.

hug It does suck.

It is OK if you have time the next day to just chill, but when you have work, it is just one of life's unfairness - AGAIN!

I sleep better when I have the TV on. I really can't stand being in the dark. I sleep best when it's on Nick @ Nite or on one of the digital music stations like Ambience or Soundscapes. I never have liked sleeping in the dark. There's something about it that just...creeps me out. eek
