I think the Org can be a hotbed of emotion sometimes. People can caught up in a flame war for example, but that doesn't mean that they are bad people, only that sometimes It's a way to let off steam. The same goes for coming to the Org to have fun. It can act as an outlet for emotions, good and bad. I know that when I need a laugh, I can come here sometimes and enjoy the interaction and forget some of my toubles, so to speak. Either way, we shouldn't be so judgemental.
