Restless

It's been a long day. I've drunk quite a bit. I stood outside and one of the neighbour's lights is still on.

I know he's always got beer but he's a little crazy. I'm just so bored. I know if I knocked on his door, he'd let me in.

I really, really would like some company right now. It doesn't help that he's really good-looking.

I've been sitting here for an hour, thinking about knocking on his door.

Ugh.

The last time I went around, he tried to bite my head. I was like, "What the fuck are you doing???", and he replied, "I'm givin' you a looooove bite". It was weird but slightly horny.

I've just rang him. He asked if I had any poppers (which I don't). I'm going around. If you never hear from me again, Barry the bisexual ex-con has killed me (or soemthing).

Byeeee!

I'm back. It was mental. He asked if I took it up the arse and I said "no". He tried to punch me. I ran out laughing.

He was playing a Shakira album.

God, I love life!!! lol

One day, I'm going to rescue him from himself.

He was a year younger than me in school. He was in the same class as my cousin Gayle and her friend, Elton Jackson. Elton used to wear Barbie dolls covered in blood, around his neck on a chain. We were like the only two out gay men in high school circa 1985 - I mean me and Elton, not Barry.

Elton was my first kiss in 1988. I didn't see him for years again after, until I was eating dinner one night with my parents and he appeared on Top Of The Pops with The Grid, dancing around to 'Swamp Thing'. I spat my food out in shock. I believe that he recorded an album with Dave Ball of Soft Cell (the one whom wasn't Marc Almond) but it was never released.

Anyway - Barry's cool - if a litle crazy.

My life is drama-rama-rama. I could write a book just about the last ten months.

Although I'm happier than I was (even compared to a month ago) there's something weighing on my mind even now... And yes - it's a drama of soap-opera proportions which could blow-up at any minute.

Oh, I don't really want to think about that. I don't know what I was thinking. I was a bit drunk. He has samurai swords on his walls as ornaments. He's bloody crazy. I'm so reckless when I've been drinking. Ugh.

Go round dressed as a plumber explaining how you've come to fix the boiler. I've seen this in a lot of films and you'll get a guaranteed result.

I'd probably get a punch in the face.

When he's drunk, he's flirty. When he's sober, he's scary.

He's like that Mickey Mc.Guire character in 'Shameless'. In fact, this whole estate is just like the one in 'Shameless'. I can't explain it any better than that. I really shouldn't knock on my neighbours' doors as they are all insane.

Scary. I don't really know any of my neighbors, so I don't know about their sanity. But sometimes I run into them on the stairs and say hi, and I don't think I really want to get to know any of them, either. It's all straight couples. Boring. No hot single men here. Except for me. smile
